The Monsters of Leaky Stump

After the development of a few characters, this children's story was created. This logo serves as the trademark for the book. Unique features and colors of the monsters make up the letters of the word "monsters". The logo has a "hand-drawn" look to appeal to the target audience of children between the ages of three and ten. Following the story is a glossary of all the monsters in an infographic layout, giving the book an interactive feature.
It all started with a sketch. After forming a book map, each page was sketched and then illustrated using Adobe Photoshop.
Each monster has a unique musical characteristic, whether they use a physical instrument, their voices, or just themselves. Combined, the sounds each monster makes creates an orchestra of beats, notes, strums, hums, and more!
To properly sell the book, a sell sheet was designed especially for the licensing expo held in 2015. It highlights the summary of the book and the technical specs of the design.
